Onboarding
Whether your location is already open or you are getting ready to open a new one, we will be right there with you! We have a dedicated on-boarding manager that will walk you through everything that is needed, help you design and implement back office processes, and keep you on track with a detailed schedule and checklist.
Management
Now that we have everything set up and ready to go, we’ll take over your back office so you can get back to running your restaurant. No need to worry, we’ve got you covered!
Every week, we will capture your POS data, record and pay your invoices, reconcile your bank accounts, and notify you of any red flag issues. We can even process payroll, making sure that all of your hard working employees are getting an accurate paycheck, right when they expect it! Do you offer catering or otherwise sell products or services on account? We’ve got that covered too!
Reporting
Tired of waiting weeks or even months for your financial reports? We get it! As an operator, you need to see your numbers so you can better manage your business. That’s why we provide a weekly ‘flash’ P&L – a snapshot of how things are going right now! We’ll help you analyze your expenses and provide periodic and yearly comparisons to help you analyze your business over time. Every fiscal period, we’ll give you a complete package of financial information, tailored to you and your business. If you are looking for specific or specialized reporting, we can help with that too!
We’ve tried to take the complexity out of financial reporting, leaving you with exactly the information you are looking for. Most of the time, we find financial reports to be convoluted and difficult to read…but we strive to provide reports that get down to the good stuff – the bottom line, if you will.
